Fortunes.
Are you for real ?
Arnautovic was poor, the team was clever enough to play around and without him in the main.
If he was half the player he thought he was then we would of won by a couple.
It's ok we will be fine without him,I've been saying for months he's be off form and it now seems to make sense. He of course has had those moments when he forgets about what's bothering him and scores.
If he really thinks by earning all that money he'll have a better life.
Most footballers love the game and to be the best they can be.It seems ironic that we all thought Nasri would be a problem when in all likelihood he's going to be the answer.

I would love him him to stay but now it seems he's screwed it.
Maybe there was never a real bid and it was just his brother trying to make a move to get him so mor dosh.

Agree keep same team and more importantly the same formation. The 5 in midfield allows us to press the opposition something we have struggled with for years. Bournemouth play 2 up top so an extra man in midfield that worked against Arsenal so well may work again. Cut off the supply to the front men etc.

Well we can hope.

Boots,

Arnie looked ok on Saturday, and if Noble and a n other had squared to him, he may have scored.

Also, at least twice he pressed (on his own) and no one followed him and he wasn't best pleased.....

Re: WHU team Vs Bournemouth?
With all due respect, would we seriously entertain playing Arnie up front for this game ?

NO CHANCE

I'd quite like us to win it, there is no way we would accept a miserable player not putting a shift in just in case he got injured.

A mardy moody bloke strutting about hardly touching the ball against Bournemouth, no chance

Thanks - hardly unhelpful then, something that everybody already knew.

Re: WHU team Vs Bournemouth?
Antonio said that Arnie wanted to leave.

Which is exactly what his brother said a few days earlier. No real revelation.

A lot has been said. I like Antonio but his comments were not helpful, either way, on Sunday.

Players have walked back from worse though.

Re: WHU team Vs Bournemouth?
Westham67,

If you think about, Arnautovic is probably (and so he should) feeling like a cunt over this fiasco. The not looking Pellegrini in the eye, is probably out of embarrassment and a touch of guilt.

Re: WHU team Vs Bournemouth?
Arnie has trained all week so presumably he will play.

Re: WHU team Vs Bournemouth?
We just beat Arsenal with a 'sulky' Arnie playing. There's no evidence at all that he's affecting anyone else.

Westham67 11:46 Thu Jan 17
Re: WHU team Vs Bournemouth?
I wouldn't want to see Arnie in a West Ham shirt again he will bring the rest of the team down with sulky strutting about

He wouldn't look Pellegrini in the face when he got taken off against Arsenal
